Publication Dispute
The AGN SC is committed to maintaining high scientific standards and ensuring fair recognition of contributions in all publications. The Publication Panel oversees authorship guidelines and is responsible for resolving disputes related to authorship, publication content, and procedural concerns.
This form provides a formal mechanism for AGN SC members to raise disputes, including:
- Authorship concerns, such as challenges to coauthorship requests or disputes over recognition of contributions.
- Significant scientific issues, including concerns about flawed analyses, erroneous assumptions, or necessary improvements that remain unresolved after the revision process.
Once a dispute is submitted, the Publication Panel will review the issue and, if necessary, escalate it to the relevant subgroup coordinators or AGN SC co-chairs for further assessment. The resolution process may require revisions to the manuscript, and in critical cases, the publication may be delayed or withdrawn until the issue is adequately addressed.
If you are involved in a dispute, we encourage you to submit this form promptly to ensure a timely and fair resolution.
